+is made, then maybe something can be done. At Mageia people are expected
+to take up responsibility. Meaning: become a maintainer for a package,
+look after the bugs, etc. That takes up a lot of time. If you differ
+from upstream then IMO you are responsible for those differences (pretty
+much same if upstream takes a patch).
