Alright.
To be honest, I wasn't sure about dtsiamasiotis, the name did sound familiar, just not familiar enough.
So, barring any objections, I will create a page in the new wiki with a table, and that whole list of people (except for Dimosthenis).
The columns will be: IRC nick, forum nick, email, tasks/contributions. For anybody whom I don't have any information in any cell I will leave blank, and that can be filled in later. The table will be sorted alphabetically by IRC nick.
Aside from that, Thorsten's contact information (his IRC nick) will be available directly from the main artwork page.
For starters, I will only post IRC nicks and the tasks/contributions that I know of, and anybody who wants more information about them should let me know, either on-list or in a private email.

Now, what about the guidelines?

On Wed, Nov 9, 2011 at 5:26 PM, Thorsten van Lil <tvl83@gmx.de> wrote:

Being a team _peer_ member is distinct than just attending.
I know it
may sound ludicrous or over-theorical, but this is important
to know
who gets a vote and who doesn't, in some situation (such as
electing
the leader, the deputy leader, and deciding on serious
issues if a
vote is needed). So, in this point of view, yes, having a
list of who
is a peer is important.

It's important too so that it can be written somewhere for write
accesses in some places (yes, the storage thing is lagging
behind), so
that we can roughly know how many people are involved (there's a
user/group web app in the works), etc.

be those

Credits are a distinct thing. For instance, Olivier Faurax
(for the
original design) and Alexn83 (for reworking it) have to be
in such a
list for the current logo (and if we are for an exact
changelog of it,
we can as well add Hélène, but that was an offline work).

> Naming everyone who is a active member of the list would be more
fair,

As a reminder, being a peer means having been recognized by
other
peers. And as we did for other teams, this list has to be
bootstrapped
by the leader.

Hear that Thorsten? Let's see a list of peers.

If you ask me that politely :)

On the quick, some proposals:
dimosthenis
Oliver Faurax

Regards,
Thorsten

Thank you :)
Now, I still think of myself as the new guy, and this might be a good
judge of who is active and who isn't: names I don't recognize. If I
don't recognize the name, that means they haven't been active since
early June.
And those are:
Zlatko
dtsiamasiotis
dimosthenis

Zlatko is a designer who responded on the call for designer on the blog. He told me he is reading the list. However he already did some work for mageia. Have a look at bug #261
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=261

dtsiamasiotis has attend to many meating. Also some you were attending too (http://meetbot.mageia.org/mageia-artwork/2011/mageia-artwork.2011-07-06-17.11.html). He also was responsible for new icons for harddrake2.

Dimosthenis .... I'm not sure, to be honest. I put him to the list, but dtsiamasiotis was meant. So we can discard him I guess.

Next, if I am not mistaken, rda and Oliver Burger are primarily not in
the artwork team, they just do a little bit of everything :P So, do we
put them in as well? And what about ennael? She REALLY does everything,
but does she need to be listed as part of each and every team?
And what about AlexN83? If I am not mistaken nobody has been able to
make contact with him since before Mga1...

Well, who do want on the list? Everyone who played a part for the artwork team and is on the list. As rda pointed, those have a vote for representatives etc.
rda lead all meetings before I did and founded the artwork group. Oliver did a lot for the wiki especially in question of design and is actively part of a lot discussions around artwork.
AlexN83 could never be contact since mga1, as you said. But as we are still using his work and he is always welcome to came back, I would put him on the list.
Ennael ... a round the release of Mga1 she cared a lot of artwork and made sure we had a nice KDE menu icon (that has not come from the artwork team).
