+You can't vote for yourself! If you're the only candidate, you would be
+elected unopposed, but otherwise, you have to vote for someone else or
+you have to abstain.

+There's plenty of work to do, so we're all needed - whether we get an
+official role or not, everyone who contributes is important.

+And sometimes our ideas get up and sometimes they don't (or not yet) -
+this is a community, so there's always got to be a bit of give and
