kill code commented out for 11 years
was commented out by gc in r197278 on Nov 21 2001: "migrate to pcmcia support from kernel, patching untouched imported sources from pcmcia-cs-3.1.29, to ease further updates of vendor code (start from a clean pcmcia_ subdir)"
