- cleanup LOCALES"zh_*": when there is LOCALES"zh_*", there is LOCALES"zh"
- raise WindowMaker
- add xfce
- am-utils is a server
- raise some stuff in CONFIG to have stuff there
- remove drakxtools from CONFIG (DrakConf requires drakxtools)
- DrakConf from 5 to 4
