Description of problem:
In the official mageia web site, the page
<A HREF="http://www.mageia.org/en/contribute/">http://www.mageia.org/en/contribute/</A>
resp. its paragraph on "Donating" contains the sentence "We keep a public
record of what we get and how we use it" with a link to
<A HREF="http://www.mageia.org/en/about/reports/">http://www.mageia.org/en/about/reports/</A>
Clicking this link in a browser (Mozilla) gives "Access forbidden, error 403".
