Generally this means that the following is not in the remote end's config:

[hooks]
        mailinglist = <A HREF="https://www.mageia.org/mailman/listinfo/mageia-sysadm">foo at bar.org</A>

I've also seen this same error before when pushing a git-svn branch to a
remote... when I do this I don't get a notification for that branch sent
by mail, so I'm guessing this is semi-expected under some circumstances
too... tho' I don't know the specific reasons as to when this happens.
