Changelog ML has the package name in the Subject; right now the
package committs ML doesn't have that, the Subject is just the first
line in the svn commit.

In mdv:
[cooker-commits] [svn-commit] r642730 - in cooker/cholmod/current: SPECS

in mga ATM:
[66584] - fix annoying issue with incorect python shebang...

^ it doesn't say which package this commit relates to (this makes it
easier to skip commits in packages one isn't interested in.. etc).
