as asked by i18n team since some weeks, I propose we upgrade transifex
on alamut to the latest stable release ( 1.1 ) :

The steps required are :
- Create a package of django-haystack 1.2
- Create a package of pysolr
- Create a package of tx 1.1
for cauldron
- Backport them on a test vm
- Install tx 1.1
- play a little bit with it ( see if there is no obvious crasher )
- see if the configuration must be changed ( that's likely )
- Warn i18n people that we will do the update, 1 week before
- do the upgrade
- backup of the db
- install needed rpms
- run the command to migrate schema
- ask for feedback
- fix what would break :)
- announce it on the blog
We should make sure we can rollback to a previous version
