It should work fine at smtp level. I made it work yesterday IIRC, see
my
test :

That's a bugzilla limitation I fear. Each CC must have a account.
It would be nice that bugzilla could be made to accept anything at CC,
or if this cause problem, to at least
have a filter of acceptable CC that do not requires a account. The
model that "everybody must
subscribe to be in CC and log once" is not good.
