I loop-mounted both 32bit and 64bit isos, and copied every dir besides 
/media to the mirror tree (in order to exactly match isos)

Youri has code to automatically unpack:

drakx-installer-{images,rescue,stage2}

to the mirrors on upload, it just need to be checked and enabled.
