 Or use lvm, like any disk :

 /dev/xvdb on /srv/web1-dd0 type ext3 
 (rw,nosuid,nodev,noatime,errors=continue,barrier=1,data=ordered)

 This way, if we have a website that is bigger that 5go, we will not 
 have to do funky stuff when adding a 2nd drive.
 If we move to a different server, we do not have left over.
