Well, the page is really fresh from this evening and I am touring the
teams to gather info: all teams are not formally organized besides
leaders or contacts (representatives are not yet elected). So yes, to
this point, it looks a bit empty.
That's a good reminder/visualization that this project will move on
with the participation of all volunteers in each teams.

Well, if mar/comm have only a single representative, the Council will
be majored by technical teams, so it's important that other teams grow
as well so there is a balance. So there are two seats: for
communication and marketing. Of course, having at least one common
representative (holding two hats, if ever) is better than nothing.
