The best way, in my opinion, is to find out what motherboard is in the
system, find the user manual online, and check it out.

at present, anything that has been on the market for more than 1 month,
will NOT have secure boot available, let alone not be able to be disabled.
So, it's only going to become a problem at some point in the future.
