I would assume that someone asking for help due to a slow connection, 
would be wanting the Mageia downloaded DVD. I had not thought that there 
would be a community version. Would that be kind of a fork of the 
official DVD version? I honestly had not considered that this was being 
done, but now I can well imagine that for example, a German Mageia 
Community would create its own version and distribute this. I would 
imagine then that that particular German Community would the assume 
responsibility over the DVD and any reported bugs?
