<PRE>Just added some version macros for some package macros/helper related
packages (basically systemd and rpm-helper) for use in SPEC files such
that we can ensure urpmi upgrades from previous distros install these
packages early in the upgrade process.

A versioned rpm-helper Require had to be added to lots of packages (by
Thomas - thanks again!) last time around (mga1 -&gt; mga2) and similar
issues appear this time round (mga2 -&gt; mga3) so defining these versions
as macros should allow easier bumping of this in the future (it'll no
doubt happen again in mga3 -&gt; mga4!) via simple rebuilds of the affected
packages.
