i guess it makes sense in that case. however, i wasn't asking to make it a
requirement, i was just thinking (unsure) if it should be changed to just a
few of the kipi-plugins if it used only a few. (instead of all)
but wrt to livecd, iinm i've heard that this was only so in the past and
doesn't matter now. but i can be wrong on this, and in any case for this, it
doesn't matter.
