The --download-dir option seems borken:
[<A HREF="https://www.mageia.org/mailman/listinfo/mageia-dev">guillaume at beria</A> trunk]$ LC_ALL=C ./urpmi --no-install --download-dir
~/tmp/ wine64
Unknown option: download-dir
No package named /home/guillaume/tmp/
Without the option, I don't get any write error, but the packages get
saved into some mysterious temporary directory (/tmp/.urpmi-500/rpms).
lastly, the -v flag seems enough have the needed information in output:
retrieving rpm files from medium "core.release"...
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time
[...]
retrieved lib64opencl1-1.3-1.mga3.x86_64.rpm
wine-mono-0.0.4-1.mga3.x86_64.rpm wine64-1.5.14-1.mga3.x86_64.rpm
