I have had the same problem for several hours also.
Using any of the mgarepo commands to access the server have been imposible. (co, ci, rpmlog maintdb etc.)
i have also noticed that all package submitions the last 3 hours have failed.
And they seem to be faling because they can't install the kernel, so the chroot fails.
