<PRE>Bugfix release upstream.
This includes some runtime systemd autodetection-foo to prevent the need
for hardcoding the listen path. This, in theory, means we can drop
listen.conf from the systemd package, thus making rsyslog work under
non-systemd boots too.
We've previously OK'ed updates to mga1 of updated rsyslog versions so
this should be a relatively uncontroversial push.
