Is there people still using PPP at install time (stage1, not the
graphical stage2)?
That is eg: booting boot.iso and selecting ppp/adsl after being
offered to choose
between installing from disk, HTTP, FTP, NFS, CD, ...
I've made this stage1 using standard pppd & pppoe instead of a 10 years
ago old snapshot.
If you test it, please do test latest cauldron's boot.iso from yesterday
x86_64:
-rw-r--r--. 1 qemu qemu 20971520 Jan 6 00:07 boot.iso
