the support of global plasmarc files i switch totally to javascript (though i 
don't know how much we'll break upgrade from mga1 :/).
I'll mail once i finished this setup :
the problematic part is in fact of handling our vanilla config since i don't 
want to blindy delete/move the /usr/share/apps/plasma-desktop/init/00-
defaultLayout.js to the vanilla package (&amp; increase the risk of errors in case 
of update of this .js).
