Thomas, can you move *rpm*4.11*, perl-URPM, sytemtap perl-RPM4, perl-RPM2,
*deltarpm*, *extractor*, *openscap*, rpmstats, sectool*, *zypp*, ruby-rpm

If you prefer, I could submit rpm to core/release and recompile the rest.
There's no need for special rpm+perl-URPM upload this time :
- it's ABI compatible,
- rpmdb remains identical

There've been only a couple defines removal from the API for which I make
sure everything recompile, so it's possible to just resubmit rpm &amp; the rest.
