usblp is needed at least for most canon and some
samsung printers, a few kyoceras and for all usb-parallel
converter. Everybody who uses something like that,
will not be able to set up their printer from MCC, until
they un-blacklist usblp.
And from where would they know? A README.urpmi will
not be displayed for initial Mageia installations, so people
doing a fresh mga2 install will not even notice this change.
So it also has to be put in release notes, if blacklisted.
