</I>Well in fact i was thinking about maintainer's job & not necessary a check
during mgarepo submit :
If a maintainer wants to upload package 'x' he should check that package 'y' &
'z' are available before because x is requiring y which is requiring z etc...
Since we're already doing it for BR, we should also do it for Requires.
(& since i still don't understand python i don't know if it's going to work
for pythoneggs :p )
