I updated/committed NEWS before the updating/committing the Makefile,
sortty about that.

Could we have a sort of howto for each of the stuff in svn/soft? for
example <A HREF="https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113">https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113</A>
Modifying the string in the relevant .pm file is the easy part, but
not generating the .pot/po...
