You can remove it from svn yourself:
$ svn rm  -m &quot;- package is too old blahblah&quot;
svn+<A HREF="ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/mdbtools">ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/mdbtools</A>
svn+<A HREF="ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/binrepos/cauldron/mdbtools">ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/binrepos/cauldron/mdbtools</A>


Note that now since we split the binaries in binrepos, you need to svn
rm both locations ^).

(You need to ask someone form the sysadm team to remove the package(s)
from the master mirror only if the package has been built as not all
packagers have direct access to delete packages from the master
mirror, but since mdbtools didn't build, just removing it from svn
should suffice).
