IIRC, your branch needs to have a "current" folder, which it doesn't
right now. So I *think* this is the right sequence:
svn mkdir -m "Create current folder"
svn+<A HREF="ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/rpm/branches/4.9/current">ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/rpm/branches/4.9/current</A>
svn mv -m "Move SPECS folder"
svn+<A HREF="ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/rpm/branches/4.9/SPECS">ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/rpm/branches/4.9/SPECS</A>
svn+<A HREF="ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/rpm/branches/4.9/current">ssh://svn.mageia.org/svn/packages/cauldron/rpm/branches/4.9/current</A>
svn mv -m "Move SOURCES folder"
