Taking this to the list and out of the bugreport where this discussion
doesn't really belong...
I agree that it currently is unclear what this status means. So, at the
very least we need to address this in the revised triage guide.
To me it seems logical that when something is assigned to a maintainer,
that that also turns the status to ASSIGNED. If that's not what it means,
then perhaps the status needs to be changed to better reflect the meaning
of the status. I don't know what a good alternative would be though...
"ACCEPTED_BY_MAINTAINER"? "IN_PROGRESS"?
Or should we just leave it at "TRIAGED" and then let the maintainer change
it to "ASSIGNED"?
