</I>Trish is also in the artwork team really, because of all the work she 
has been doing with the artwork team for marketing. Also how the 
Wednesday meeting time's get shared between the two team's in the weeks. 
One week is marketing and then the next is artwork or in general.

I vote for Max as leader and Donald as deputy.
