I'm looking into the oxygen themes for Openbox.
As far as I see, there are two themes, we could use:
The one, that is integrated into our openbox package right now, but
does not work because of wrongly set user permissions:

And the one I found:

I personally prefer the letter, but there is no license named and I'm
waiting for the authors answer.
What do you think?
