That whole system needs overhauled if I remember correctly.

There are 4? aspect ratio's that we support, with the different
resolutions coming off via symlinks.

However, the system for matching your screen resolution to the
background fails, I don't think that it has been fixed, and the system
would be simpler to just have the 4 pictures without the symlink as
the memory load is the same.....
