[Mageia-dev] ANNOUNCE: The /usr move cometh!

+OK, so the usr move will come very soon. In order to make this
+transition, we need to manually build a few packages to avoid breaking
+the build system, so while I'm in the process of doing this can I ask
+that no-one submits any of the following packages:
+
+acl alsa-utils attr bluez coreutils davfs2 db47 db48 db51 db52 dmapi
+filesystem findutils fuse gawk gettext grub gzip iputils kbd kmod
+libselinux libtermcap libusb1 libusb-compat lsb lsb-release ncpfs
+ncurses nspr nss open pcre pdksh plymouth procps readline sound-scripts
+util-linux xfsdump xz zlib
+
+I will post more instructions in due course about how to actually
+perform the update (it does require, for now, some manual steps), but
+don't worry about updating cauldron systems as it will not be possible
+to install the affected packages until the conversion is performed.
