+FYI and BTW, users shouldn't use 'mgarepo sync -c' anymore as there's no
+need for it. It just pollutes the changelog ML and #mageia-commits.

+IMHO we should drop the whole -c switch.

+'mgarepo sync' and 'mgarepo ci' or 'svn ci' after spec is modified and
+the new source is downloaded is enough to upload the new source files,
+spec and sha1.lst (all in single commit). You can use 'mgarepo sync -d'
+instead of 'mgarepo sync' to also dl the sources.
