+ This looks like the same chip series that I mentioned in my post a
+ few days ago. As far as I know the firmware packages for that chip
+ have never been installed by default. You can work around this by
+ going to the Mageia Control Center software installation and search
+ for 'b43'. Install the 3 packages that are appropriate for your
+ hardware. Do a hard reboot. Go back to MCC and you should be able to
+ install the firmware and drivers you need.<br>
