+It really should be starting on sector 2048 (1MiByte boundary).  This ensures that the partitions will be optimal for 4KiByte sector drives and future drives that have sectors sizes all of the way up to 1MiByte.  <br>I believe this is the default for Parted and I know it is the default for gParted.  The menu option is &quot;optimal&quot; in Parted.<br>

After installing the LXDM Package the installer didn&#39;t ask me, which Login-Manager i want to use per default.
