+but i can't recommend that to someone, as there's not
+always someone available in there.

+The problem mainly exists because not all russian-speaking Mageia
+users know english, or at least not enough to give precise and clear
+problem descriptions, and giving proper support based on some
+google-translated problem descriptions is not always possible.
