+server on the other side of my Continent.  It is slow as a snail, far slower 
+than international.  I am told that my path to it is over landline, not via 
+satellite, and the available bitrate is lower.  The present Government is 
+committed to installing an optical fibre network, but has a tenuous hold on 
+power, and the Opposition is against it on principle, not only as the 
+Opposition.  I currently run ADSL2+
