Work around WebKit2 bugs that stop right hand pane icons being displayed.
Since WebKit2 2.36, the icons in the right hand pane are not displayed on
numerous (but not all) combinations of graphics hardware and drivers. This
seems to be due to bugs in the WebKit2 accelerated compositing mode. The
workaround is to disable WebKit2 accelerated compositing.
This workaround was already released as a temporary fix for mga9, but still
appears to be needed. See mga#30332, mga#32185, and mga#33573.
