How to add a new software repository
------------------------------------

Create a file [reponame].repo replacing [reponame] with the name of the
repository.


Repository parameters
---------------------

The following parameters can be set :

 - description : a short description of the repository

 - maintainer : login of the maintainer

 - lockdown : set to 'yes' if only the maintainer should be allowed to
   push to master and release/ branches.
