After discussing this on irc with misc and blino today it seems that
"iurt" would be a better username for running iurt on build nodes.
It would be more clear what the account is used for. Also, buildbot
could be confusing because of <A HREF="http://buildbot.net/">http://buildbot.net/</A>

As this one will be used by more than one tool, I think we can keep
schedbot.

This one will be used by a script that does not exist yet, so we can
call this script "signbot".
