If you use KDE, in Systemsettings > Input Devices > Mouse > Advanced tab, there is "Mouse wheel scrolls by" with a combo box selection.<br>
<br>
In Seamonkey Advanced preferences, there is a configuration for mouse wheel behavior. ISTR a setting in an application that included scrolling by on the order of a page but can't find it, atm.<br>
