The flip would nt work, because as you can see in the screenshot some elements as the window titles, the mouse pointer, the taskbar, are not &quot;rotated&quot;<br>
The driver in the xorg was nvidia, but it did nt have the &quot;real&quot; nvidia driver installed but a package with a name &quot;custom&quot; inside .</p>
<p>I had to install nvidia from tainted to solve this</p>
