for mageia (for non-free softwares)</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="EN-US">hi, mageia
buddies,</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="EN-US">For anyone
who is testing the mageia which It is a fork of the mandriva linux finds it
difficult to install certain programs such as the non-free softwares for
instance opera browser, sun java, adobe acrobat, etc ... But I tried a very
easy solution that worked for me and I left the mageia &quot;chubby&quot;. Just
install the media available in the Mandriva Intenational Backports (easy urpmi)
at <a href="http://urpmi.mandriva.ru/">http://urpmi.mandriva.ru/</a></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="EN-US">If you
Follow this clue you would install everything you need concerning non-free
applications. This solution was tested bymyself and this solved my problems up!
For the time being mageia does not have its own esyurpmi, this has been very
helpful. with a simple download of urpmi at <a href="http://urpmi.mandriva.ru/">http://urpmi.mandriva.ru/</a></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="EN-US">But my suggestion is to make a proper easy urpmi for mageia. Is that possible?</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="EN-US"></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="EN-US">For the
time being, I expect this solution might help the mageia users. I would like
hear from you, if you tested too.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">cheers.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="" lang="EN-US">PS:
Attention to download at <a href="http://urpmi.mandriva.ru/">http://urpmi.mandriva.ru/</a> and not at
<a href="http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/">http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/</a> that did not work when I tested on mageia first.</span></p>
