Please let in drakx-installer stage2:<br>

- it fixes a rare bug where one would do a disk install from a directory where<br>
  he downloaded a bugs ntfsundelete iso image too (mga#4919)<br>
- more important, it makes installer less scary by not displaying<br>
&quot;preparing bootloader&quot;,<br>
  letting some users to think we&#39;re overwritting their MBR whereas we just moved<br>
  configuring bootloader to the summary years ago (mga#484):<br>
  o step column: hide so called &quot;bootlader&quot; step since we do _not_<br>
     actually install bootloader at this stage but later in summary<br>
  o make &quot;Preparing bootloader&quot; less intimidating<br>
