Anyone else know more about libgphoto2 (or want to become maintainer)?
Can we push this in still considering the extra beta phase?

It would be nice to have this for mga2, so this will be my last try to
gain interest.
I've removed it as a blocker from my stuff, so it's no longer "in my way" :)
