Le 28/05/12 08:31,AL13N nous adresse ces quelques mots :
>> Le 27/05/2012 23:05, nicolas vigier a écrit :
>>> The contest of who will make Cauldron not booting the first is open \o/

>> Any news for the backport repositories ? :D
>> http://meetbot.mageia.org/mageia-sysadm/2012/mageia-sysadm.2012-03-15-20.06.log.html#l-139
>>
>
> I asked council for an agenda point, regarding to get more QA people so
> that backports can happen.

I want to add that, backports being usually one of the first things
active (on the forums/IRC) users ask, they are a great way to do PR
*and* to recruit new packagers/qa (with the argument: the backports
won't happen by magic, please join the qa/packager team).
The policy maybe could be that backports get QA tested like updates (as
it is planned AFAIK), but that, from the QA team pov, they get the
lowest priority (or backport QA requests are met by a "if you want QA,
come help!") until there is more people in the team.

Cheers,
--
Malo
