+Excellent. I presume that you are commenting on this thread because you
+also have /usr on a separate partition? So I can tick off various
+different scenarios on my list, can you say what filesystem you use on
+/usr and if there is anything special about it (LVM, RAID etc.).

+Nah, this is just a warning. If you want to silence it, just move
+/etc/probrobe.conf into /etc/modprobe.d/default.conf
