rescuept is no more in util-linux, so
- diskdrake: drop "Rescue partition table" feature
(was based on rescuept which has been dropped in util-linux, but was quite
bad compared to testdisk anyway)
- rescue: remove rescuept (use testdisk instead, which is much nicer)
