do not prefer_xf3 for "NeoMagic (laptop/notebook)" since:
- long ago it was decided to distrust driver "neomagic" together with Riva's, SiS, GeForce
- in 09/2001 (XFree 4.1.0), it was decided to keep distrusting driver "neomagic"
- Cosmic Flo says driver "neomagic" works (on card Neomagic Corporation|[MagicGraph 256AV])
